Rachelle Marchbanks - North County Inland Realtor

Rachelle has lived and worked in the Rancho Penasquitos community since 2010. She began her California real estate career in 2014, and recently obtained her certification as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. Prior to moving to San Diego, she raised 4 rambunctious boys in Arizona. Her family owned a small residential and commercial construction company in Lake Havasu City. Rachelle loved working with their clients and assisting them throughout the construction process.

As a community volunteer, Rachelle started a non-profit organization to raise money to build a skatepark in memory of a fallen soldier. Today the Tinnell Memorial Sports Park is Arizona’s largest skatepark. She also served as a board member for 3 years with Havasu for Youth.

In her free time Rachelle spends time with her family and friends. She has a great love for photography, gardening, traveling and golf. Rachelle enjoys helping buyers assess their needs and carefully evaluate properties. Connecting people with a home that will become a backdrop for creating treasured memories is one of the most satisfying aspects of her career. Equally rewarding is assisting homeowners in all facets of the selling process when they are ready to enter a new phase of their lives. From the moment they decide to list their home, to the final signatures at the closing table, Rachelle believes in maintaining close communication with sellers and keeping them updated with all pertinent market information as it evolves.
